We’re seeking EUC technical Support Consultant to join our Professional Services Team. Joining us on an initial 3 months contract, you’ll be based out of our state of the art Brisbane CBD office.
This role will provide insightful advice and friendly technical support for Technology related matters. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to analyse problems accordingly, and to either correct these or escalate to the proper support group.
**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Experience providing IT support for Laptops, Mobiles, printers, peripherals, and AV devices;
- Experience with Investigation, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices;
- Assist with end-to-end management of Technology EUC Assets, including receiving, audit, provisioning, maintenance, reassignment, and decommissioning;
- Experience with PC laptops/builds, OS Configuration, Active Directory Administration, Hardware support and Windows 11 support experience;
- Experience with installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware, operating system, software and utilities
