**About the role**

The Program Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing program’s logistics in line with the organisation’s standards. The role focuses on client engagement and outcomes, and will take a variety of administrative, program management, and client support duties.

We are currently recruiting for part time - 4 days a week (0.8), starting the week of the 28th of October. This role can be performed remotely.
- Developing and implementing program checklists and templates, while overseeing logistics and participant support requirements.
- Engaging with participants from enrolment to program completion, providing guidance in alignment with project plans and support processes.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to determine and document project plans.
- Managing data within the Customer Relationship Management system (FileMaker) and Learning Management System (Canvas).
- Handling venue liaison, webinar setup/administration, and providing technical support, occasionally after hours.
- Offering proactive, punctual, and friendly support to participants, focusing on positive engagement and outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while building strong relationships with clients and participants.
- Addressing customer complaints and formulating solutions, as well as providing rescheduled coaching outcomes in line with guidelines.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance business operations and participant engagement.
- Supporting and providing backup to the Participant Learning Hub teams when needed, and handling other ad-hoc duties as required.
- This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to enhancing the participant experience.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Proven experience in customer support or engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with effective planning and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/student management systems.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a stakeholder-focused approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects. _A high level of attention to detail is essential to operate successfully in this position._
