Adviser, Program Design and Delivery - VPS4 - Ongoing

As the Adviser, Program Design and Delivery, you will support the team to deliver high-quality graduate recruitment and capability development initiatives to strengthen the performance and professionalism of the VPS.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate program delivery, evaluation and continuous improvements across digital and in-person formats to enhance participant experience and impact.
  • Lead aspects of assigned programs and initiatives, including graduate recruitment, graduate rotations and mentoring, speaker engagement, and online learning content.
  • Prepare clear and concise communications, reports and briefings for senior stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to deliver outcomes.
  • Support team operations including procurement, contracts, data and record-keeping.

Who we're looking for

  • A strong project or program coordinator with experience in learning delivery or recruitment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Flexible and collaborative and comfortable adapting to change and working across teams.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Forms, and experience with online tools like Zoom, Teams, Menti or Miro is a plus.
