Program & Reporting Analyst, Maintenance Delivery

- Supplement Homes Victoria assurance processes and provide a layer of independent expertise.

The Program & Reporting Analyst, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's maintenance transformation program, being the Program & Reporting Analyst within the delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality.
This role will suit an experienced Project or Program Analyst who has been involved in large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in facilities or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program and is focussed on delivery of great outcomes.
You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Develop, maintain, manage and improve program reporting to ensure all stakeholders are appropriately informed throughout the project.
- Continually conduct program analysis to provide relevant input into program reporting to identify and mitigate emerging risks and issues
