**About the Team**

As our newest Commercial Operations Analyst, you will be part of a successful commercial operations team that improve the efficiency and productivity of our front line selling teams and help drive effective sales objectives, strategies and programs.

**What you'll be focused on...**:

- Support planning initiatives such as designing and implementing territories
- Develop and enhance reporting that provides insights into business performance against targets
- Presenting analysis and recommendations to sales leaders
- Identify and implement initiatives that improve process efficiency and effectiveness, including opportunities to eliminate, simplify, standardise and automate processes
- Identify and play a role in delivering opportunities, improvements, issue resolution and data quality/integrity for sales tools, reporting, telephony and CRM systems
- Act as the domain expert for involvement and implementation of adhoc projects for sales teams
- Adhering to company policies and legal requirements in relation to data collection
- Promoting a culture that facilitates teamwork, commitment and embraces MYOB values

**What we'd love to see from you...**:

- 3+ years’ experience in an equivalent role
- Understanding of SaaS and platform businesses and the end-to-end processes that support them
- Ability to develop channel plans and forecast of 90-day activity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and/or sales data.
- Highly honed analytical problem-solving skills with strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrable experience using Business Intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel)
- Experience with analysing and transforming multi-channel data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presenting to management teams
- Ability to prioritise rapidly shifting assignments effectively
- Proven ability to resolve problems and negotiate outcomes
- Knowledge of data and information governance processes
