The Opportunity:
Join Toll Group as a Commercial Analyst in our Global Logistics - Industrials division and be at the forefront of driving business success. You'll provide expert commercial guidance, influence key decisions, and spearhead initiatives to boost profitability and customer retention.

As a Commercial Analyst - Glass, you'll craft compelling business proposals, ensure investments meet corporate standards, and champion continuous improvement efforts. Collaborating closely with Glass leadership, you'll drive business improvement projects and deliver top-notch financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.

A day in the life of a Commercial Analyst at Toll Group:

- Timely and accurate production of weekly & monthly profit and loss reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assisting business managers and senior commercial managers with annual budgets and forecasts.
- Review warehouse and transport management, and other reports, such as UNIBIS to ensure accurate revenue capture.
- Providing commercial support and analysis for the Glass management team.
- Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to drive measurable EBIT improvement.
- Commercial oversight of customer agreements, business contracts and other legally binding arrangements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in business analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate and initiate actions.
- Experience in the transport industry preferred but not essential.
