ECCO products can be found in 4,000 branded sales locations in over 90 countries; a growth fuelled by ECCO's consistent aim of making the best shoes in the world.** **Position summary**: **Responsibilities include**: - Working with the eCommerce Manager on the delivery plan, preparing and uploading materials to the website via various platforms - Creating and optimising content and promotional campaigns, such as homepage assets, blocks for competitions, website assets and popups - Ad-hoc graphic design tasks - Merchandising and optimising all products for the website to align with campaign launches and sale periods - Ensuring products are correctly categorised and up to date each season - Monitoring and moderating website reviews, as well as assisting with regular competitor analysis and reporting the trends and findings - Copywriting or modification where required - Creating and maintaining customer service coupons - General website maintenance and troubleshooting site errors with internal stakeholders **Skills that will help you in this role**: - 1-2 years relevant experience in digital sales and marketing (working on an eCommerce website would be ideal) - Ability to coordinate multiple priorities & tasks to deliver desired outcomes - Detail orientated and commitment to quality - Excellent communication skills - Innovative and quick learner - Self-motivated and willingness to learn new software - A highly proactive and collaborative approach to your work - Ability to work alone or as part of a team - Competency with Excel, Adobe Photoshop ECCO provides attractive benefits, rewarding experiences and flexible working arrangements in a progressive working environment.
