**About this opportunity**:

- Share insights from testing with the wider team to improve their channels and educate them on creative insights and customer behaviour.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta and Affiliates.
- Collaborating with agencies to execute digital marketing strategies and enhance performance, based on business objectives and targets.
- Assisting the Senior Performance Marketing manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and performance analysis.
- Maintenance and management of audiences in Klaviyo, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including build of segments, lookalikes and prospects.
- Analysing campaign data to identify actionable insights and opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative team to plan and brief CRM and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaigns.

**You will bring**:

- 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, including skills in Klaviyo, Yotpo, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience creating & delivering successful acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Prior experience of liaising with agencies or platforms.
