**What will you do?**
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors to identify and troubleshoot the root causes of issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or vendors.
- Provide technical support for operational procedures and processes.
- Undertake user testing during software release scheduling for acceptance and production environments.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors, collaborating on both BAU support work and project-specific requirements.Collaborate with the digital team to address eCommerce-related issues and initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and strategies.

**Who are you?**
- Demonstrated experience in providing first and second-level support for eCommerce systems - preferably Dynamics 365 F&O Commerce.
- Deep understanding of the Out-of-the-Box Commerce API used by the eCommerce platforms. This includes familiarity with its functionalities, endpoints, and data structures.
- Strong understanding of OData and its implementation within the context of eCommerce systems.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce integrations with Content Stack
