**What’s the role?**

This is the perfect role for an eager and driven Administrative Coordinator to join our eCommerce and Strategic Partnerships team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager you will:

- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and monitoring of content and revenue performance.
- Collecting, coordinating and sourcing retailer sales and product information for writers.
- Monitor, report and replace affiliate network links, broken and out of stock product links.
- Reconciliation of payments from affiliate networks.
- Book advertising campaigns, both traditional and digital, communicating with both the external client and management to ensure promotional objectives are met.
- Management of promotional material, including advertisement and brochure files, ensuring promotions run according to campaign objectives.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of advertising materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Assist in seeking and researching new sources of prospective promotional opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Attend to ad hoc support requests from the eCommerce and Affiliates team.
- Role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane

**Who you are**
- Past work experience in an administrative role or similar.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience in management of advertising campaigns would be an advantage.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
