Is comfortable undertaking needs assessments for each customer to effectively assist them with their enquire.
- Is capable of developing a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to always represent a positive image of the company and its brand
- Can quickly and efficiently navigate company systems so that they can accurately record customer sales orders, questions, enquires and problems in CRM, ERP, freight and ecommerce platforms.
- Willingly participates in training and undertake their own professional development to improve their job efficiency and performance.
- Keeps up to date with relevant company information and products to assist customers.
- Is well organised and has an eye for detail to ensure accurate record keeping and task completion.
- Is driven to complete tasks at the best of their ability in a timly manner.
- Is comfortable managing a wide range of tasks throughout the day.
- Works well as a member of a team and independently.
- Maintains a positive and respectful relationship with members of the customer service, sales and operational teams.
- Is driven to help customers to solve their problems and proactively communicate to others within the company to ensure this occurs.

**About the business **Our customer service team is the primary point of contact for customers wishing to place orders, ask questions, gain advice, or raise a help desk ticket.

It involves managing both incoming communication and outbound proactive service to promote high levels of customer support and sales.

We operate in automotive and industrial industries with resellers varying from major national retailers to small regional owner operators.

We are looking for people with a genuine drive to do any job at the best of their ability and are very customer oriented.

While a background in tools and accessories that service our key industries is helpful it is not a requirement.

If you possess a level of technical capacity and a willingness to learn, we can help you with the necessary level of knowledge.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
