**Resource Coordinator Team Leader - Osborne Park Based**

- Located Osborne Park, with some travel to Peel, Bertram & Myaree. On site parking
- Combination of WFH and office based, on rotation

**The opportunity**

Our Health Service WA are currently seeking a Team Leader to manage, support and lead a team of Resource Coordinators. You will be a professional problem solver, with the ability to use your instinctive quality improvement skills, oversee your team in rostering and timesheet operations within the Health service. In this role you will have a degree of flexibility with days and hours between 6.30am - 4.30pm to assist the team and service delivery.

In this true leadership role, we are looking for a passionate and innovative professional who can work cooperatively and collaboratively with the team and Business Service Manager.

**Key responsibilities**
- The experience to Lead, Support and Mentor the Resource Coordinating Team
- Undertake Resource Coordinator activities as and when required.
- Ensure systems and processes are consistent across identified services.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within Silver Chains Data Management Systems
- The ability to improve the day to day operations
- Provide a positive team environment

**About you**
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead, delegate, support, coach and mentor an effective team.
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination of resources to ensure an effective and efficient rostering/scheduling health service.
- The ability to understand and adhere to Silver Chain company’s values of Community, Care, Excellence and Integrity
- Demonstrated analysis skills to ensure the integrity of data and contract compliance.
- Build a positive team environment through the demonstration of good communication and interpersonal skills and appropriate peer support
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team always with a team focus to participate and contribute to the success of the service and organisational objectives and vision
- The flexibility to drive to business service centres
