Recruitment Team
Our Recruitment Team performs some of our most important work; the sourcing of skilled trades and labour is critical to the ongoing success of the business.
We are a high paced team who align closely with our line managers to understand the business needs to enable efficient and quality delivery. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Resourcing.
Our Blue Collar Recruitment team are championed to facilitate the expansion of an experienced workforce across the business through identifying and on boarding of great people.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Blue-Collar Recruitment Team
- Assist with pre-employment medicals, police checks, PPE orders, collating tickets
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed.

Your Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a fast paced administrative environment
- A proactive go getter; a person who is a self-motivator and initiator of their work
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, energetic workplace, responding to competing demands for time and resources
- Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities
- Strong time management and organisation skills to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met
