**The Role**

The Corporate Affairs Coordinator, reporting to the Executive General Manager Corporate Affairs, will play a key part in team and will be responsible for providing admin support across the Corporate Affairs department.
- Providing administrative support to a diverse multidisciplinary team.
- Assisting the team with budget tracking and financial administration
- Provide and coordinate reporting needs for the management team
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms and taking minutes
- Answer and responds to phone calls, communicate messages and information with executives
- Development of presentations and key management documents
- Providing assistance with invoicing, purchase orders and general admin duties
- Other duties as directed by the EGM Corporate Affairs

**About you**
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an administrator, coordinator, PA or EA
- Advanced MS Office suite skills; in particular Powerpoint and Excel
- Ability to successfully work under pressure with constantly changing priorities and competing demands
- Proven administrative skills, including budget tracking, invoicing and payments, goal and KPI tracking, minute and action taking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
