You will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to analyse workforce information and data, provide workforce planning advice and assistance, including data and analytics, drive functional improvements, and engage with clients to deliver positive outcomes.
Your Key Accountabilities

**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Manage and action changes to the QPS establishment and organisation structure maintained in the Aurion Human Resource Information System, to ensure data integrity and compliance with Queensland Government legislation and QPS policies.
- Design and develop workforce reports to meet statutory, and client reporting requirements and coordinate the data integrity and quality assurance to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with QPS policies.
- Undertake research and analysis to generate and collate workforce data and reports to provide QPS clients with advice, including identification of issues and trends to support evidence based workforce planning related decision making.
- Conduct regular audits and cleansing of establishment records and workforce data to ensure accuracy of information and compliance with reporting requirements and frameworks.
- Participate in projects and work collaboratively in project teams to ensure outcomes and deliverables are delivered within agreed parameters of time, cost and quality.
- Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines and training material on key work practices and undertake training and information sessions in relation to workforce data management e.g. Power Bi dashboards.
