**Your Key Accountabilities will include**:
Design and develop complex human resource management reports to meet statutory, ad hoc and client reporting requirements and coordinate the data integrity and quality assurance of all reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance.Generate and collate human resource data, information and reports and undertake research and analysis to provide advice and identify issues and trends to support business operations and the development of strategies which build workforce capability, availability and engagement.Respond and advise on requests for information and reports from clients and stakeholders, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of information and services.Conduct regular audits and cleansing of establishment records, human resource management reports and warehouse data to ensure accuracy of information and compliance with reporting requirements and frameworks.Participate in projects and work collaboratively in project teams to ensure outcomes and deliverables are delivered within agreed parameters of time, cost and quality.Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines and training material on key work practices and undertake training and information sessions on the use of key systems such as the data warehouse.
