Support the MD and Group General Manager
- Monday to Friday, Flexible Full Time Hours
- Based at Head Office in Altona
A leading national transport company, they are well known for providing exceptional customer service, using a modern well-presented fleet and the use of the latest technology.
This is a new position created to provide general administration support to the Managing Director and Group General Manager, based at their Head Office in Altona.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Accounts Receivable.
- Following up overdue accounts.
- Booking domestic and international travel, accommodation, venue hire and catering.
- Provide support to the Sales Manager with tenders.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and order consumables (tea/ coffee), stationery and equipment.
- Organise events, meetings, functions, conferences, training as required.
- Create marketing material including flyers and invitations to events.
- Coordinate social media including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
- Manage uniforms nationally.
- A very high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, intermediate level of Excel.
- Must have experience booking flights and accommodation.
- Proven ability to build solid working relationships.
