We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Housekeeping Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our visitors, staff, and management. You will be responsible for managing the daily administrative aspects of housekeeping operations, while also providing exceptional customer service and fostering open communication with all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily administrative tasks related to housekeeping operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and management, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate effective communication between housekeeping staff, management, and other departments.
- Undertake scheduled daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards.
- Sweep and mop floors, dust and wipe down surfaces, vacuum carpets, and empty trash receptacles.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain a well-stocked housekeeping closet.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
