**Warehouse Operation Officer**

Our client is a global ICT company offering a variety of ICT services based on its vast expe rience and accumulated technological capabilities, as well as its excellent partnerships and h uman resources all over the world.

They were incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Ch ain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. They provide personalized SCM/Logistics solutio ns aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support warehouse for all operations and control KPI WH Management with vendors such as IOD, Inventory Consistency, on-time GI, on-time outbound delivery, on-time IOD receipt
- Supporting SDS Billing Team to check the status of all prices
- Making daily reports about Inbound / outbound volume, Import plan in each WH on next day, the status of IOD pending in each WH, and all issues to clear all problem
- Solve total item inventory for monthly physical cycle counting

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
- English advanced level
- Must be living in Australia
- Must have logistic experience

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
