We are seeking a passionate and dynamic **Events Executive** to join our team on a **Full-Time** basis. **Job Summary**:
The Events Executive oversees all aspects of event management, focusing on corporate events, social gatherings, and weddings. This role ensures seamless coordination from the sales phase to post-event, maintaining high service standards to meet and exceed guest expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and manage conferences, trade shows, social events, and weddings.
- Meet with clients to discuss needs and outline package options.
- Coordinate services such as catering, signage, AV equipment, accommodation, and transport.
- Ensure event setups meet service standards and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Customize sales approaches to maximize client satisfaction and negotiate service costs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and hotel operations.
- Maintain a professional image and timely communication with clients and hotel employees.
- Distribute event orders and group resumes, ensuring all details are correct.
- Oversee in-house group functions, maintain costs, and resolve any issues.

**Who we are looking for**:

- 2 years of experience in event management or a related field (banquet) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preferred.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to offer lateral support to banquet operations whenever needed, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all guests.
- CI/TY knowledge highly regarded.
- RSA required.
