- Create an environment that makes customers and clients feel at ease and valued.
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Processing work orders, forms and requests
- Scheduling meetings and site inspections
- Maintaining files and databases
- Ordering all office supplies

To excel in this position, it is essential that you possess;
- Prior experience in a reception / customer service and/or administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Capable of multitasking and prioritising workload efficiently.

Previous experience in a construction setting is preferred but not essential, however we seek motivated individuals with a passion for customer service, a positive mindset and a willingness to take on challenges. We offer a positive culture.
