Job Description

As our Reception & Retail Admin Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of it all — the first point of contact for guests, partners, and team members, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of Provenance, Authenticity, Integrity, and Character.

This role offers a rare opportunity to combine front-of-house excellence with behind-the-scenes retail operations, helping our stores nationwide run seamlessly while keeping our Rosebery Support Office running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Be the warm, professional face of M.J. Bale — greeting visitors, managing calls, and creating an exceptional front-of-house experience.

- Keep our Support Office humming: manage meeting rooms, supplies, couriers, travel bookings, and vendor coordination.

- Provide vital administrative support to the retail network, including new store openings, store communications, and national team events.

- Coordinate key operational tools such as the National Retail Calendar, newsletters, and internal communication platforms.

- Support workplace health & safety compliance across stores in partnership with the People team.

- Contribute to a culture of connection — from team celebrations to sustainability initiatives that give back.

- Solid administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Concur, etc.).

- An interest in retail, menswear, or creating great experiences for both customers and colleagues.
