**Your new role**

As the face of the firm, you will be a well-presented, energetic and passionate individual with a high level of customer service and administration experience. This role is varied, and no two days will be the same
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate person
- Meeting and greeting clients/external stakeholders
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail, DX and couriers
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Assisting with business operations (office supplies, meeting room IT requests, catering)
- Drafting routine correspondence.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Ideally 2 years’ experience within reception / office admin
- Strong MS office skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bubbly and great interpersonal skills
