**Receptionist/Team Assistant** - North Sydney

**Reception/Admin/Team Assistant** like you to join our team.

**About the job**:
You will be working in a critical role of Receptionist/Admin/Team Assistant working alongise the Executive Assistants and Administration Specialists. Your positive mind, personable nature, and ability to communicate at all levels internally and with clients will be cherished in this role, as well as your proactiveness, attention to detail and coordination skills. Your ability to anticipate and prioritise tasks, action items and assist in projects is highly valued. Working together with the Executive Assistants and Team Specialists and others will create strong working relationships within our organisation. You are the sort of person who enjoys building relationships with all levels of staff and being active in keeping the office functioning behind the scenes. We will welcome you to our newly renovated offices in the heart of North Sydney.

In this role, you will:

- Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
- Meet and greet all visitors Manage Meeting Room calendars for 10 rooms across 2 levels
- Manage Car Parking calendar
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail daily
- Organise couriers as required
- Building security access card management
- Assist with office and general building facility management
- Preparing regular and adhoc reports for various teams Maintaining and updating staff access to a range of subscriptions such as Xero and Dext
- Assist with staff onboarding requirements such as assigning phone extensions, IT equipment and subscription access.
- Assist with distribution and tracking of IT equipment
- Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies and ordering as necessary
- General upkeep and maintenance of reception, boardroom, meeting rooms, common areas, kitchen areas and appliances
- Provide administrative support as requested to multiple departments
- Scanning documents, filing and data entry
- Organise catering as required
- Assist with booking and organising monthly Social Club activities

**About you**:

- Confident in meeting new people face to face
- Confident in speaking on the phone
- Able to work full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm at our North Sydney location
- Ability to use Excel, Outlook and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience as a Receptionist, Administrator or similar is highly desired
- Good time management and organisational skills
