**The Company**:
Our client is a growing Funds Management and Lending group. They have an excellent full time opportunity for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join their team. Flexible work arrangements and part time available to the right applicant.

**The Role**:
**Marketing**
- Assist with organising and coordinating events
- Provide support with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Help with specific projects
- Website maintenance
- Draft and prepare communications
- Prepare and collate monthly portfolio reports

**Administration**
- Assist with travel arrangements - flights, accommodation etc.
- Manage the set-up, induction and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain the training registry
- Provide general office management and admin support including occasional reception duties
- Office errands as required
- Assist with invoicing, account reconciliation (basic book-keeping), business expense payments
- A degree in Marketing (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and diligent
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Detail orientated
- Team player
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
