- As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Property Administrator in a full-time capacity. Initially working under 6 month fixed term contract with a potential opportunity to extend, and reporting to the Property Development Lead, you will be able to work partly from our modern offices in North Sydney and partly from home in this hybrid role.**Who are we?**

- You will support our small Property team in coordinating and managing the end to end property lifecycle:
**Project Management**
- Assisting the Property team in the implementation and management of a project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking the efficient roll out of a required number of Connect Hearing sites nationally.
- Liaising and coordinating approvals with landlords in accordance with Sonova’s branding.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Performing risk analysis and compiling management reports to minimise project risks on deliverables.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Tracking and recording project spending for internal stakeholders.

**Lease Management**
- Ensuring lease information is maintained and updated on lease management tools.
- Assisting the Property team in the timely execution of leases by company Directors in accordance with Sonova’s policies.

**Repairs and Maintenance**
- Providing support to the Property team by assisting on facilities on an ad hoc basis.
- Ensuring any repairs cause mínimal interruption to clinical operations.
- Maintaining communications with internal and external stakeholders on repairs and maintenance issues and rectifications.

**General Admin**
- Maintaining property files and documents for ready access

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Previous experience in a procurement role or a property or lease administration role
- Some understanding of project management, planning and execution would be beneficial
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
- Experience communicating confidently with Landlords and external suppliers
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new software with training
- Proven ability to work and achieve results with people at different levels and in different function and locations internally and externally
- Capability to work in a small team while contributing to larger company goals
