**Role purpose**

As our NEW Property development administration officer you are an integral key member as you will support the Property Development and Capital Investment team with administration, documentation, organisational and coordinate support activities to expedite the effective delivery of projects and general operations.

**Qualifications and experience**:
It is anticipated that you will have at least 5 years' experience in a high-level administrative support/PA role.

A qualification in Project Management/Property related discipline OR a cert IV in business administration will be highly regarded

Demonstrated experience in diary management including coordination of meetings and minute taking

Exceptional eye for detail and your organisational skills are second to none. You are, adaptable, easy going, flexible and are responsive to the needs of your team

Effective interpersonal skills with well developed written and verbal communication

Ability to undertake research and utilise analytical skills

Strong proficiency in a range of programs including Adobe and MS Office, particularly Excel, Word SharePoint and PowerPoint
