Our client, a market leader in the professional services space, is continually evolving to better address the needs of their clients while maintaining their #1 position in the industry. As part of this evolution, they’re seeking a commercially-driven, customer-focussed digital marketer to join the team and own the website for the business.

This is a highly strategic role, balancing strategic marketing thinking, user experience (UX) insights and technical knowledge to set and deliver the web strategy to improve ROI and CRO.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead the development of overarching website strategy, with a focus on commercial results and customer understanding
- Manage a small team and digital/comms agencies for the execution of SEO, CRO, IA and user experience improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders in the marketing team and across the broader business to improve the quality of the site and customer experience

**Ideal experience includes**:

- Experience in digital marketing within an acquisition / conversion-focussed role
- Background in either an in-house environment or digital / marketing agency in a role with accountability for website and conversion performance
- Exposure to corporate environments, ideally (but not required) within the professional services, financial services or other customer-focussed industry
