**Title: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Employment Type: Full Time - Ongoing**

**Salary Range: Up to $80,000 plus super**

**Location: Be based at the Melbourne hub closest to you, with some days at Keilor Park**

Are you looking for a diverse digital marketing role where you use your digital skills across website management, end to end campaign strategy and execution, paid ads, reporting and insights?

We’re excited to advertise an awesome role within our Engagement team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in growing our brand through the end to end development and delivery of B2B and B2C marketing communications.

you’ll be a key team member responsible for developing and delivering deliver our digital marketing strategy. You’ll be confident and experienced in planning and executing a wide range of digital activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and generate quality leads to help us achieve our vision of making inclusion possible for all Australians.

The Engagement team is passionate about building our brand in communities across Australia so that people with disabilities have access to therapy services that support them to live to their full potential.

Your everyday may consist of
- Driving marketing strategies from initial concept through execution across a range of digital platforms to provide the business with a steady stream of qualified leads (for both services and recruitment)
- Overseeing and managing paid and organic digital campaigns to continually optimize ROI and performance
- Contributions to the development of a new website, and then ongoing management and optimization of the website, including content updates, brand compliance, and a seamless customer experience
- Creating pivot tables and data dashboards to measure key campaign metrics
- Providing insights and recommendations to boost qualified leads for specific services in defined geographical locations
- Helping to design and implement automated marketing sequences and workflows to deliver efficiencies and a positive customer experience
- Maintaining seamless integration between webforms and our CRM
- Developing relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business to achieve key objectives

What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Recognized Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communications
- Demonstrated experience in implementing tactical end-to-end digital marketing activity (AdWords, SEM, SEO, website management (min 3 years)
- Demonstrated experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Management, Ads Manager, Data Studio
- Excellent verbal and written communicator and a team player
- Attention to detail, organisation and focus
- Advanced Excel skills for analytics and reporting
