Guild Insurance and Gold Cross (Glucojel Products) seek a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Digital Marketing Manager in executing a comprehensive digital strategy. **What you'll be doing** - **Web Content Management**: - Manage and update content across Guild Group websites. - Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO optimisation. - **Digital Strategy Implementation** - Assist in SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives. - Analyse customer online behaviours to refine digital strategies. - **Social Media Management**: - Manage posts to enhance engagement and growth and collaborate with internal stakeholders for aligned content. - **Performance Improvement**: - Manage analytics tools and produce regular reports. - Implement A/B testing and analyse campaign outcomes. - **Online Advertising**: - Serve as contact for advertising platform relationships. - Oversee supplier performance and manage reporting tags. **About you** - You've probably backed up your passion for digital marketing with your tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field. - We're pretty flexible on how much experience you have however we reckon this is a great second job for someone with maybe 2 years in marketing. - Naturally, most of that experience should have involved web and online marketing. - If we get to the interview stage, we'll be interested in your proficiency and experience in website content development, SEO, social media strategy, campaign management, plus CMS and Google Analytics. - I know every job advert says this however you'll thrive at Guild Insurance if you are a strong problem-solver, you're curious, you can easily build trust with stakeholders and you're cool with lots to do. **Why us?** Guild Group is an equal opportunity employer.
