As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team with a focus on Rail Components.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced full-time Technical Sales Representative to develop and maintain key stakeholders, drive business growth in both freight and passenger rail sectors, and provide technical expertise to end customers and manufacturers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the rail industry, including suppliers, manufacturers, and end-users.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share within the rail sector.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Provide price quotes, negotiating payment terms, finalising sales agreements, documenting orders, coordinating order deliveries, following up on customer needs, tracking competitor activity, generating sales reports, post-sales check-ins with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring profitability and growth.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the industrial products or rail sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of rail componentry and associated industrial products (highly desirable).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
