**Suprima Bakeries** is seeking an experienced **Technical Sales Representative** with a background in baking to join our staff on a full-time basis, generating sales leads & providing technical support to customers

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Delivering technical sales presentations to a range of prospective customers
- Driving sales across your allocated region to achieve company targets
- Visit potential and existing customers to evaluate their needs or promote new products & services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through technical assistance and service, including recommendations, demonstrations, and customer training
- Maintain customer records within our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Monitor product quality and performance through assessment of customer comments, ensuring product meets both internal and external specifications, identifying & rectifying any related issues
- Provide feedback regarding product quality to New Product Development (NPD) and Operations teams
- Completing weekly and monthly reports
- Assist in gathering market related information and qualifying new customer leads

**Experience & attributes**:

- Previous baking experience
- Relevant trade qualification is advantageous (B2B sales, Baking)
- Prior sales experience and demonstrable ability to exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal & rapport building skills customers and suppliers
- Great written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel & PowerPoint skills)
- Savvy presentation, influencing, and persuasive skills with a variety of people & groups
- Self-motivation, initiative & business acumen
- Strong time management, organisational & multitasking skills
- Availability for some required interstate travel

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
