**The Role**:
As the backbone to a fast paced, busy managing director - you will be in charge of managing a team of external agents plus all the back end of the projects, exchanges & settlements.
- General Administration
- Updating Stocklists and CRM
- Conversing with Clients, Sales team and Contracts
- Some assistance to the Marketing Manager
- Occasional hosting at events and functions

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Experience in Real Estate or Property administration
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to providing a first class customer experience
- Experience within the new home industry advantageous however not essential
- A customer service or administrative background ideal
- Able to follow systems and processes and work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional presentation and professionalism
