**Responsibilities**
- Be the liaison point for all import / export customers including processing of documentation
- Use your solid knowledge of all Freight processes to act as an intergral part of the operational and sales teams.
- Accurately sort, package, consign and deliver freight.
- Ensure customer’s freight is delivered to the correct destinations on time, and arrange pick ups, collections and deliveries with others.
- Be the liaison point with overseas offices & agents and coordinate bookings with customers, transport companies and shipping lines.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers and service providers.
- Lift and manoeuvre freight safely, in line with manual handling guidelines.
- Comply with government and regulatory authorities

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated Freight Forwarding export experience/expertise.
- Experience in manual handling techniques
- Attention to detail with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Courier driving or heavy vehicle driving experience
- Be able to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic work environment
