We have a fantastic role for a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team at our highly reputable client based between Kewdale, Hazlemere & Perth CBD working on site as our client liaison.

The Role. What Will You Do.
- Work on site, liaise with our current employees and on-site hiring managers
- Attract and source personnel who are fit for purpose.
- Make good hiring decisions via proven processes, conduct comprehensive screening, interviewing to match skills to needs.
- Communicate weekly rostering of current temp staff
- Resolve payroll queries
- Point of contact for HR resolution for on site CMG employees
- Ensure the people who work for us are safe & competent
- Innovate, look for new ways to do your job better. We are interested in working smarter and more efficiently.
- Use all of your skills, we recognise and welcome your expertise.
- Listen to the needs of our clients, the needs of our employees, design and deliver solutions.
- Use your time management and organisational skills to assist more people.
- You will offer support to your team mates as they will to you.
