**The opportunity**:
This role will see you as a first point of contact for all recruitment needs within Western Australia, and eventually developing a larger team of consultants within WA for Expect A Star.

**To be considered you must have**:
Experience recruiting within childcare, healthcare or white-collar positions will be highly regarded, though if you are an experienced consultant looking to move into this space, we have significant training and support to assist you. It is also beneficial for you to have:

- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
- Previous experience as a leader and the ability to grow a team
