Our team at CoreStaff Perth are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants (blue collar) to join our team in the Burswood Office. You will be someone who can integrate into our team immediately and has a willingness to join a 'working family' who work hard and celebrate success.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Arranging advertising of job vacancies
- Reviewing and assessing CVs and preparing them for submission to clients
- Answer incoming calls from field staff and clients, in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain all required systems and administration duties
- Support weekly payroll runs

**What you need to bring**:

- Proven experience within the recruitment industry
- Strong time management skills & be systems orientated
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Adaptable, flexible, resilient and ability to think outside the ‘’BOX”
- Willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic business
