Due to an internal promotion, our Professional Services Perm team are looking to recruit 2 new consultants to join our Perth team in Burswood. Reporting to the Perm Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. There is currently 14 Consultants in the Perm Team with a total of 38 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch

**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
- Meeting with your clients to gather recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Undertaking end to end search assignments
- Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**Desirable applicants will possess**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience ideally as a Recruitment consultant (alternatively in an Account Management role)
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and providing transparent communication
- Demonstrated ability with balancing sales and customer service skills in order to build key client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
