We have a vacancy for a Facilities Manager to join the Facilities Management team within the Asset Management Team. The role assists with the day-to-day operation, management and maintenance of owners’ properties, tenant relationships, the financial performance of and sustainability of the assets, on behalf of McGees’ clients while retuning a positive financial outcome for the business.

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will possess the following:

- A mature friendly approach to duties with a client focus and sense of urgency
- An understanding of building services and an ability to read and understand technical documents and legislative documents
- A sense of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced role with strong time management and team work abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good financial literacy
- Excellent IT skills

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Issue and follow through work requests, work orders, ensuring no delay in response time for repairs/works
- Contact Contractors, chase updates on status of work orders, update FM management software (Cirrus FM)
- Comply with all aspects of Cirrus FM platform delivery including correspondence and reporting
- On Board Contractors, update contractor/tenant contact details
- Ensure outgoing budgets are met and not exceeded
- Ensure 100% WHS compliance for each property
- Monitor, Handle FM Inbox
- Interface between tenants, contractors, FM and PM Team
- Help out with general ADHOC tasks for FMs and PMs
- Attend site inspections with PM’s, assist with PIM reports
- Share on call roster
- Maintain excellent working relationship with owners, tenants and property managers
