Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Facilities Manager to join our Australia-Asia region and lead the effective management of all our office spaces, planning and coordination of facilities operations for Hatch across the region.

As part of our Shared Services team, comprised of Finance, Marketing and Communications, and Human Resources, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

- Manage the Hatch properties in the Australia-Asia region, including scoping new properties and managing the end-to-end lease negotiations and obligations.
- Manage contractors for all categories underpinned by the Facilities portfolio, including cleaners, security and maintenance trades.
- Direct relocations, refits and refurbishments, as required for new and existing office spaces.
- Oversee the national fleet of vehicles including registration, insurance as well as being the key contact and account holder for travel, in conjunction and oversight of our corporate travel provider.
- Manage and coordinate the provision of national suppliers underpinned by the Facilities portfolio, including stationery, couriers, PPE, catering etc.
- Manage the Corporate Services administration team nationally.

**You bring to the role**:

- You have experience in all facets of commercial leasing and multi-site facilities management combined with experience in managing a national travel management account.
- You have exceptional organisational and communication skills as well as well-established negotiation skills.
- An experienced people leader, you will manage our team of facilities, administration and reception professionals to achieve an exceptional level of service.
- You are a natural problem solver, and can adapt your skills to the ever-changing requirements of the business.
- You are comfortable presenting to all levels of the business in order to achieve comfortable, well appointed office environments for our workforce, leaning on your excellent administrative skills and strong commercial awareness.

Regular interstate travel to visit our various offices and sites will be a requirement for this role.
