The Role

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a small to medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Fraser Coast, just a short drive to both the Sunshine Coast and Hervey Bay

This beautiful facility boasts a highly steady and stable team, with an inclusive and friendly internal culture. The role will come with a highly supported environment that includes an experienced Clinical Manager, ANACC support, Quality Management, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

The successful candidate will have strong operational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live

Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful candidate

Role Requirements

  • Full time Australian working rights
  • Previous Senior Management / Leadership experience within and Aged Care Facility
  • AHPRA Registration essential
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong operational knowledge with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationship
