**The Company**

This rapidly growing and highly innovative company is currently undergoing a large transitioning project. They are looking for a strong Logistics and Distributing Specialist to play a pivotal part of their Supply Chain function and act as their liaison between their 3PL and freight providers across ANZ and internationally. Role is based on their site in the Central Coast, NSW (Australia)

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager ANZ, your responsibilities will include but wont be limited to:

- Manage the day-to-day transport planning for a large number of customers.
- Communicate and create effective relationships with 3PL providers to ensure an organised flow of product.
- Use freight providers and comply with their data entry/vendor management expectations.
- Plan and manage delivery of export products including documentation, container booking and progress of delivery.
- Monitor and report performance analysis to improve processes and identify cost saving areas.
- Offer general support to the wider Supply Chain team cross functionally.

**Your Background**

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- 4+ Years in a Logistics based position, overlooking 3PL operations.
- Experience in Import/Export process and documentation.
- Experience using ERP such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, etc
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong MS Excel skills will be needed.
