About The Role

, this role supports the HQ Logistics team with logistics coordination and inventory management. We are currently offering a
Logistics Specialist
position, where your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, storage, and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) operations at the distribution center.
- Monitor and follow up on vehicle maintenance and repair activities in the warehouse, driving continuous process optimization.
- Develop and update vehicle acceptance plans in line with port clearance timelines.
- Coordinate onboard item handling and documentation, including inventory verification, classification, and secure storage.
- Track outbound shipments, update system records, and ensure timely and accurate logistics data entry.
- Oversee delivery schedules, monitor transportation status, and manage urgent or priority shipments.
- Coordinate vehicle damage claims and handle delays or disruptions in transportation.
- Analyze logistics costs, verify invoices, manage payments, and support account reconciliation processes.
- Review and improve on-site regulations, SOPs, and operational guidelines to enhance overall efficiency.
- Collect, verify, and analyze logistics partner performance data to ensure accuracy and drive operational improvements.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in logistics and inventory management (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management Systems, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex logistics challenges efficiently.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
