**Introduction**:
**Description**:
As a Logistics Specialist at MUJI Retail (Australia), you will place a crucial role within the Merchandise, Inventory Control and Logistics department in contributing to the success of our logístical operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Manage and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including our Parent Company, to ensure smooth and cost-efficient custom processes
- Monitor external warehouse operation SOP, stock levels and external warehouse stock movements and provide necessary business forecast data to ensure the warehouse is efficiently processed
- Create reporting tools to analyse data/business requirements and provide reports to management and 3PLs
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with stores, centre management and other departments to meet business needs
- Provide logistics cost fo recasts to support business plan development and new store opening requirements

Efficiently manage warehouse operations for eCommerce including inbound, outbound, storage, cost control, etc.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Demonstratable logistics management experience with a current driver's license is essential
- Formal qualification in Supply Chain Management or equivalent Business degree is highly desirable
- Experience with fast moving consumer goods (retail) and/or online business supply chains is highly desirable
- Intermediate Excel, MS Office suite, PC skills with an ability to use and learn various IT systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a strong commercial and business acumen
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and effectively work both collaboratively and independently
- Strong communication skills and adaptability, with an eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset
