Ethnic Interpreters Pty Ltd successfully services a range of public and private sector clients Australia wide providing Interpreter and Translator services. Ethnic was envisioned and established for the purposes of providing language services to all organisations and institutions communicating and conducting business with those from Non-English Ethnic Backgrounds (NESB) in Australia.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable including processing payments (suppliers, contractors, payroll for casual etc.)
- Accounts Receivable including invoicing clients and ensuring invoices are paid promptly
- Reconcile bank, credit and petty cash accounts.
- Prepare monthly super payments for both casual and contractor interpreters.
- Manage Contractors/Interpreters information in MYOB.
- Prepare monthly IAS and quarterly BAS report for company accountant
- Prepare year-end payroll requirements
- To undertake adhoc admin duties
- Report to and assist Account manager
Key Experience
- Finance or Accounting Degree
- Exceptional Excel, data extraction & analysis skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MYOB & Xero
- Excellent time management skills

- High motivation towards learning & completing tasks

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
