Richmond School of Business (RSB) is a reputable private RTO with CRICOS located in Parramatta CBD offering various VET courses to international students. We are currently seeking for committed full time Accounts Officer for our Parramatta Campus.

DUTIES
- General student administration
- Coordinate the identification, selection, management of agents in accordance with RSB policies and ESOS requirements
- Providing support in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Collecting and recording student payments into Student management system and MYOB

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Experience in front-line customer service
- Experience using MYOB software
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated accurate and efficient administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail undertaking all aspects of office administration i.e. data entry, filing, archiving, etc.
- Ability to positively contribute to and work within a team environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability and the willingness to take on a challenge

REMUNERATION

Salary is negotiable based on experience. Package includes superannuation and leave entitlements as required by legislation.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
