**About You**:You will ideally come from a HR/Recruitment background where you have had exposure to end to end recruitment processes, along with an understanding or familiarity with relevant industry awards. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

**About the Role**:
**International Onboarding -**
- Monitor the Company’s recruitment programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and contracts
- Responsible for booking flights and accommodation ensuring competitive pricing.

**Apprenticeship Management**
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to coordinate and monitor the delivery of apprenticeship programs to ensure they are gaining the technical competencies required to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and effective manner.
- Facilitate apprentice welfare checks and performance reviews in consultation with identified stakeholders and applicable RTO’s to ensure apprenticeship is progressing to a plan.
- Actively advocate Apprenticeships through the coordination of community engagement initiatives and develop a network of contacts through relevant organisations (TAFE) that can support our internal apprenticeship objectives
- Ensure that we are compliant with all relevant awards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Marys, NSW 2760: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
