**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking an experienced administrator to support the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of the service operations of the business. Your primary tasks will include:

- Ensuring the prompt and efficient allocation of Tasks to the Workshop(using our job management system, Aroflo)
- Monitoring and responding to Service enquiries
- Ensuring effective update/maintenance of Service reports
- Contacting clients to advise of necessary services and arrange bookings
- Liaising with Workshop staff, suppliers, authorities and clients on job requirements and progress
- Overseeing/managing vehicle movements

This is a diverse role, so there’ll also be opportunity for you to get involved in other general administration tasks associated with ensuring smooth operations of the business. This may include, for example, managing staff timesheets, processing invoices and contributing to maintenance and improvement of business management systems and processes.
- Strong general administration experience, ideally gained in a small, trades-based business
- Proven ability to quickly learn computer systems/software, including knowledge and experience with MS Office (experience with Aroflo and ServiceM8, or similar job management systems would be well-regarded)
- Knowledge of and experience with MYOB or similar (preferred)
- Exceptional organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently without supervision (and know when to ask for help)
- Able to plan, organise, multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Willingness and availability to work reasonable overtime when required
- Drivers licence
