Reporting to the Managing Director you will be the company contact for all IR and people and culture queries.

**About You**:
You will have a least 7 years' experience within either a HR Advisor, Consultant or HRBP role. You will have worked within a manufacturing or blue-collar environment and have a strong grasp of industrial relations and employment law. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be highly adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Partnership**:
Partner closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive business success.

**Employee Relations**: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.

**Talent Development**: Design and implement talent development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth. Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to support future leadership needs.

**HR Operations**: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
