**Role - Human Resources Business Partner**

**Classification: AS06 **$94,245- $99,615** **+ 10.5% SUPERANNUATION

**Opportunity type**: 12 month FIXED TERM contract

**Flexible working - **Arrangements will be considered - blend of office and remote working available

**Clearance**: Police clearance undertaken within the last 6 months required as a condition of employment

**Location** - Adelaide City

Within this role you will be tasked with providing expert advice and consultancy to an allocated portfolio on a wide range of complex human resource management areas which can include:

- Recruitment and selection
- Employee placement, redeployment and separation
- Organisational and job design
- Change management
- Remuneration systems, methods and classification
- Industrial/employee relations
- Performance management, development and career management
- Employee conduct and discipline
- Workforce planning and managing diversity
- Resolution of disputes, conflicts and other situations between staff, unions and management

You will contribute to the quality and credibility of the HR function by providing customer service of the highest standard work collaboratively with senior executives and managers, other HR Business Partners and assisting the Manager in the planning and coordination of overall human resource and recruitment operations.

**To be successful in the role you will bring**:

- Previous senior HR generalist experience across the full range of HR functions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, effective partnerships and credibility at all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring professionals to deliver people related support across an organisation.
- Sound knowledge and understanding job evaluation and classification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver high quality outcomes.
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

You will need to have an appreciation, awareness and understanding of issues relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities and be committed to strengthening your ongoing cultural competency.

To be eligible for employment you must hold a current police clearance undertaken within the last 6 months.
